If you had an account on our previous website at competitions.vintageandclassiccarhire.com, you do not need to create a new account.

We have already moved your existing account over to our new website at vintageandclassicuk.com.

Because this is a new website, however, your old password will not work. Before logging in for the first time, you simply need to create a new password.

How to access your existing account

Step 1 – Go to the Login page

Visit:

https://vintageandclassicuk.com/login

You will see the login page for your Vintage & Classic account.

Step 2 – Click “Forgot password?”

On the Login page, click the “Forgot password?” link.

This will take you to our password reset page:

Step 3 – Enter your email address

Enter the same email address that you used on our old website.

This is important because your existing account has been transferred using that email address.

Then submit the password reset request.

Step 4 – Check your email

We will send you an email containing a link to set up a new password.

If you cannot see the email in your inbox, please also check your Junk or Spam folder.

Step 5 – Create your new password

Open the email and click the password reset link.

You will then be able to choose a new password for your account.

Once you have done this, your existing account will be activated and you can log in to the new website as normal.

Important: Please do not create a new account

If you were already registered on our old website, there is no need to register again.

Your account has already been moved to the new website.

Simply use the “Forgot password?” option and enter the email address you previously used with us.

I can't remember which email address I used

If you have more than one email address and are unsure which one was registered on the old website, try the email address where you previously received Vintage & Classic competition confirmations or emails.

When creating your account, you will be asked to enter your date of birth.

The date selector works slightly differently depending on whether you are using an iPhone/iPad or an Android phone.

The important thing to remember is that you do not need to go backwards month by month until you reach your year of birth.

If you are using an iPhone or iPad

1. Tap the Date of birth field.

2. A calendar will appear. At the top of the calendar, you will see the currently selected month and year, for example August 2026.

3. Tap the month and year at the top of the calendar.

4. You will now be able to scroll through the months and years.

5. Scroll until you find your year of birth, then select your birth month.

6. Tap the blue tick to confirm your month and year.

7. The calendar will now show the month and year you selected. Tap your day of birth.

8. Tap the blue tick again to confirm your date of birth.

Your selected date of birth will then appear in the registration form.

If you are using an Android phone

1. Tap the Date of birth field.

2. The date picker will open. At the top of the window, you will see the current year, for example 2026.

3. Tap the year at the top of the date picker.

4. A list of years will appear. Scroll through the list until you find your year of birth, then tap the correct year.

5. You will be returned to the calendar for the year you selected.

6. Use the left and right arrows next to the month to find your month of birth.

7. Tap your day of birth on the calendar.

8. Check that the date shown at the top is correct, then tap Set.

Your selected date of birth will then appear in the registration form.

Still having difficulty?

The appearance of the date selector may vary slightly depending on your phone model and browser.

The quickest method is:

iPhone/iPad: Tap the month and year at the top of the calendar.

Android: Tap the year at the top of the date picker.

This will allow you to quickly choose your year of birth without scrolling backwards through the calendar month by month.

If a competition that you have entered does not sell out, the draw will still take place and you will have a better chance of winning than if it had sold out! Each draw is guaranteed to take place on the date and time shown on the entry page. All sold tickets are still valid and we will generate a random number until we have a winner.

The maximum number of tickets for each competition are displayed in the draw details. This maximum number is fixed and will not change.

Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.

The competition draw date and time is stated on the entry page for each competition. Each draw is guaranteed to take place at the specified time regardless of how many tickets are sold.

Each one of our draws can be watched live via our Facebook page & YouTube channel for everyone to see. We use Google’s random number generator to determine the winner and we will show you how the random number generator works prior to drawing the winning number. We also prove we are live by reading out comments and answering customer queries as we go. If the competition does not sell out and the first number generated is unsold, we will generate a new number until we have a winner. Some competitions will be ‘automated’ and the system will randomly select an entrant to win. This will be clearly advertised when it is in operation. Your order will show as cancelled if you did not complete the payment, or if your payment failed. Orders are automatically cancelled after 5 minutes if we do not receive a successful payment.

There are 3 ways in which you can find your ticket number for a draw.

1. When you enter a competition your ticket numbers can be found on the confirmation page

2. On the confirmation email sent to the email address assigned to your account

3. Log into your account, go to ‘My account’ – My Tickets – click on each order and you will see ticket numbers there.
